To carry on in India or elsewhere the business of manufacturing, distributing, indenting, retailing, wholeselling, importing, exporting, repairing, assembling, servicing, maintaining, developing, designing, processing, duplicating, copying, enlarging, reproducing, multiplying, printing, packing, repacking, cutting, sorting, recording, handling, gathering, retrieving, and to act as agent, representative, franchiser, broker, consignor, consultant, job worker, canvasser or otherwise to deal in all varieties, capacities, characteristics, applications, strength, range and uses of photographic cameras, their parts, fittings, accessories, components, systems, devices, instruments, apparatus, engravings, equipment and other allied materials including studio cameras, domestic cameras, press cameras, cinematographic cameras, printing cameras, T.V. cameras, video cameras, projectors, lenses, optical products, circuits, microfilms, cases, boxes, flash lights, reels, films, plates, video tapes, photographic chemicals, photographic papers, sensitized products and other allied goods, articles & things and to do all incidental acts and things necessary for the attainment of above objects.
