To establish maintain and run laboratories, medical co-operatives, patients, co-opratives, research cells, libaries, and any work unit on an experimental or commercial basis development and investigations, to improve the manufacturing and processing of the products of the company to incorporate benefits of the latest scientific researches and techniques for improving technical scientific competence of the company and to buy over any such unit dealing in similar products and processes and to promote, studies, researches, development surveys and investigations of any nature whatsoever and to provide subsidise, endowments of assistance to such laboratories, work units or institutions by payment of remuneration or subsidise to the personnel of such laboratories, work units or institutions.
