To carry on the business/businesses of spinning of yarn from cotton, cotton waste or any synthetic material or an admixture of cotton and synthetic material of all kinds and descriptions and to prepare for market, buy, sale, import, export, exchange or otherwise deal with the same for any of the purposes for which the same may be used.
