To carry on the business of manufacturing, producing, casting, procuring, buying, selling, converting and in any other way dealing in iron and steel and to manufacture, buy, sell, import, export steel, steel castings, pig iron, steel alloys, ingots, billets, slabs, sheets, strips, rounds, bars, flat sections and shapes, brass, copper, aluminum, stainless steel and other non-ferrous metals and to carry on business as dealers, selling agents, marketing and distribution agents of the ferrous and non-ferrous metals, process materials, steel products like M.S. rounds, ingots, billets, steel castings and to deal in all scraps i.e. mild steel, carbon steel, stainless and other alloy steel scraps.
