Technical education

To establish and run in any part of India or elsewhere institutions for imparting technical education orally or through post and for providing training in the work shops, factories, mills or other organisations in all disciplines of engineering and managerial skills and for establishing practical training centers for imparting technical education and for that purpose to establish libraries, reading rooms, laboratories, work shops and to install equipment.
