To carry on in India or elsewhere the business to manufacture, process, produce, compound, mix, grade, treat, invent, maniple-late, pack, repack, import, export, buy, sell and to act as agent, broker, adatia, stockists, patent, owner, job worker, brand-ER, consultant, marketing man, distributor, franchiser or other-wise to deal in all its branches of every type, descriptions, modalities, specifications and uses of medicated, non-medicated, ayurvedic and allied tooth pastes & tooth powders, and all shapes, sizes, colours and varieties of tooth brushes, tooth picks, tongue cleaner and other allied items of whatsoever nature whether made of plastic, wood, metal or other man made and natural materials and to do all such incidental acts and things necessary for the attainment of foregoing objects.
