The applicant should have a degree/diploma in Fine arts or Mass media, Journalism or Creative Writing with 6 months-2 years of work experience with established design & communication firms, reputed fashion Publications or Advertising agencies. Passion for youth pop culture: The applicant should have a strong inclination and knowledge of the cool-culture movements, trending memes and viral news, up-to-date with the latest trends and fashion terminologies and in-vogue movements from food, travel, fitness to architecture and art. Great language sensibility is absolutely essential. But the applicant also needs to match it with fast turnaround time, enthusiasm, energy and capability to handle high work pressure and tight deadlines. Good experience in writing articles and blog posts. Writing a wide variety of topics for multiple platforms (website, blogs, articles, social updates, banners, etc). Consistently brainstorming and collaborating with team for new ideas and strategies. Develop strategies to increase traffic through content copies. Build a following on social media (Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook mainly) for the brand by creating engaging content and instigating conversations. 1. Meeting the client/ Internal teams and understanding their needs & requirements 2. Doing research and develop, edit, write the content for website, digital media, blogs,
articles etc. as per client and organization needs
3. Conducting research to identify best practices in the field and develop innovative
ideas/solutions for industry benchmarking in terms of content quality, content
presentation, layout etc.
4. Proof reading and editing of client and organization products in terms of grammar, layout,
style, presentation etc.
5. Create content which gives readers access to information in a simple, easy to understand language
6. Generate content, making smart use of keywords. The text should have relevant
keywords and variations for better search engine ranking and indexing
7. Maintaining awareness of new words or phrases coming into popular usage with a view to ensuring they're appropriate for the readership
