Role Responsibilities-What you need to do

You should have a passion for UI /UX and should have 1+ years of experience designing smart websites, applications from the point of view of enhancing user experience and engagement. • Candidates from SPA / NID / MDes. / College of fine arts are an added bonus and will be preferred • Going forward, we see this person leading the design team - hence the need for an experienced resource right from the beginning. • plan and implement new designs • Optimize existing user interface designs • Test for intuitively and experience • Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centric solutions • Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements • Create prototypes for new product ideas • Test new ideas before implementing • Conduct ongoing user research
