·  Able to create and maintain project schedule. ·
Experience in scheduling and managing a windows 10 deployment project. ·  Provides project management support to more senior-level team members. ·
Assists with project scheduling, communications, reporting and data gathering activities. ·
  Assists in monitoring, and generating reports on project progress and project issues ·         Deployment Planning, Scheduling and tracking ·         Support any Deployment related escalations with some IT technical background desired ·         Previous experience with Win OS upgrade and IT orchestration highly desired ·         Liaising with internal contacts in the division (translators, project managers, editors, technical team)
Ensuring that the quality of projects is met (content and delivery schedules)

Role Responsibilities-What you need to do

· Primary task would include project planning, monitoring, delivery co-ordination and reporting · Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation · Plan and oversee the preparation and dissemination of project communications · Work with tools and systems to effectively manage projects · Desired Candidate Profile - · Must possess very good logical and analytical · Needs to be tech savvy and quick on the feet to understand client need and work with the technical team. · Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide range of stakeholders (Functional Groups, Management, Client etc.) · Must be able to understand new technologies. · Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills · Strong understanding of SDLC · Strong Interpersonal Skills with an ability to communicate technical ideas to both business users and other teams (Design, QA etc.) · Must be a team player · Must be a self-starter and have the ability to work under minimal supervision · Must be resourceful, innovative, self-motivated, and confident in high stress situations · Create winning proposals, and follow up with clients during the proposal cycle · Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking ability
