Requirement Skill- Qualifications: Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Should be a member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of India (Candidates who have applied to the Institute for Membership shall also be eligible). Preference will be given to Chartered Accountants who have also acquired Company Secretary Qualifications. Qualifications: Cost Accountant from Institute of Cost Accountants of India. Should be a member of Institute of Cost Accountants of India (Candidates who have applied to the Institute for Membership shall also be eligible) Preference would be given to those candidates who have similar or relevant airline work experience, additional computer qualifications or possess knowledge of SAP. The posts of Manager-Finance and Manager-Costing are at our Delhi Office. However, all the prospective candidates for any position should be ready to work anywhere in India. These candidates will also be responsible for developing systems for accounting as also putting management performance systems in place.

Role Responsibilities-What you need to do

Audits sales outbound calls and/or correspondence, observing performance, techniques, and application of guidelines and procedures as listed out in the framework Monitoring calls to make sure that sales employees are in compliance with the quality standards. Audit Calls (Live, Recorded & Remote) and score them on defined Template Ensure that the stipulated compliance guidelines are met and corrective measures are taken when there is a miss Summarize after Analysing the short comings and Reporting findings and recommendations and forwards it to team supervisor to use in performance discussion/assessments and/or promotional decisions Provide coaching and guidance based on audit findings, and delivers weekly/ongoing performance feedback to associates as outlined by the business Mentor/Transition newly hired representatives to ensure a smooth transition from the learning environment to the daily production environment Provide formal product/process refresher training to facilitate on going learning Involved in functional study of the recorded calls Identify and Bridge Process Gaps
