Candidate should be working with a corporate company and should have very good experience in Drafting and Non Litigation work.   Drafting ,Vetting, Reviewing and Negotiating of Business Contracts, Lease Deed, License Agreement, Agreement to Lease, MoU, CAM agreement, attornment deed, amendment deed, GPA, Bank NOC, Tripartite Agreement, settlement deed, Service Agreements, Franchisee Agreements, Termination notices etc.   1.       End to end contracts management: Review, draft negotiate the contracts in the best interest of the company, simultaneously address the concerns of the client, escalate the deal breakers issue (NDA, agreements, MSA, Subscription agreements, Reseller agreement, RFP's. Client agreement, vendors, agents, consultants, sub-contractor's agreement. 2.       Competency in providing practical & pragmatic legal solutions to mitigate legal risk; 3.       Draft review internal documents, letters, undertaking, company policies as per the applicable laws; 4.       Shall be well versed, updated with current company law, law of contract, Intellectual Property Rights Law, Arbitration Law; 5.       Legal Researching, opinion as and when required by the management of the company, corporate documentation; Other miscellaneous litigation drafting work; 6.       Litigation: Thorough experience in court, arbitration matter, knowledge of court proceedings- CPC, CRPC, appearance in court, correspondence with external lawyers, solicitors, 7.       Manage legal notices, show cause notices, written statements, Appeals, Case papers, Rejoinders and Affidavits for legal proceedings. Review drafts, plaints, complaints, draft legal notices, legal replies, drafting and filing of FIRs; 8.       Experience in factual investigation, case development/preparation, pre-litigation, case analysis, client handling 9.       Experience in domestic and international contracts management; 10.   Copyright registration, trademark registration, co-ordination with external IPR consultants;
