Create best capacity plan for business by managing trade-offs between customer experience/service Levels, employee experience and cost effectiveness. Consultant Workforce Management and Resource Planning Role Context: Staffing Resource will be responsible for planning, organizing and scheduling manpower requirement across initiatives. Administers staffing and resource plans to manage up and down scaling of resources. Manage the manpower planning cycle and plans in alignment with the Initiative's strategic directions on manpower management and growth to ensure that the workforce can be optimized to deliver on organizational priorities and the operating plan- Harmonizes the manpower planning, working closely with Initiative Leader and Regional Heads and seconded consultants- Institute structured and disciplined manpower requisition and established management processes through the development of guidelines, requirements and templates- • Develop and improve forecasting models using data analysis and statistical tools. • Review, track and improve forecast data and hiring plan. • Prepare and roll out optimal schedules for a given forecast data. • Should be responsible for staffing, logistics and change management perspective and highlight any deviations. • This profile also includes performance and training management, data collection, recruiting, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling and analytics.
