As a Payroll Administrator, you will work closely with the Accounts Manager and the Accounts Team using your diverse knowledge of statutory compliances and Payroll. An ideal Payroll Administrator would be a smart, self-driven, outgoing professional with experience in Accounting and Finance domains, with a deep desire to be a part of an Startup Consulting Firm. Talent Assessment, Acquisition and Management Co-ordinate between Ascent HR (Payroll Tool) and HR to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data. Responsible for Payroll Input in Excel Format as shared by Ascent HR (Payroll Tool) viz. New joiners, Variable Payout & Deductions, Salary Revision, Number of days payable, Leave Encashment days/Notice Pay recovery, Other Payments & Deductions, Investment Proofs & Reimbursement Claims. Responsible for regularization of the biometric attendance system with regards to Time in/Timeout/Leaves/Permissions/Overtime. • Consolidate manpower plan taking into account the most effective and efficient structure • Sourcing & screening candidates from different job portals, head hunting, references & lining up candidates for interviews. • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.) • Employee Engagement & Exit Formalities • Looking after work allocation to staff with a view to have best efficiency & timely completion of
