•Documenting high level and detailed requirements using elicitation techniques such as scenarios (use cases) / prototyping. •Producing a project definition/project initiation document clearly defining scope and project objective. •Resolving complex requirement conflicts through effective stakeholder engagement. •Effectively presenting options and recommendations to stakeholders. •Assist in solving Business problems and defines improvements to Business processes. •Communication liaison/mentor between Developers and the Business. •Assist Scrum team in Product Backlog Grooming. •Help Product Owner set priorities and design the overall work plan. •Assist in Sprint Planning meetings. & Assist in test cases/scenario review. Translate business requirements into technical requirements in conjunction with the technical team Provide data analysis for integration requirements, reporting needs, and other functions. Trace requirements to deployed system to ensure all the requirements are met Create test scripts for functional and user acceptance testing and serve as liaison to business during UAT. Inform tech team of technical issues /bugs and resolutions Ensuring efficient and on time delivery of project tasks and milestones. Provide leadership to team members and peers by collaborating with others; identifying and initiating projects; managing resources; driving the resolution of issues. Identify, create and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; and adapting to competing demands. Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process; Assess business process and system inefficiencies.
