For this post we need at least one year marketing experience in IT services. ·         Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door ·         Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution ·         Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels – content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis, and much more ·         Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, PR and Ad agencies and vendors ·         Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals

Role Responsibilities-What you need to do

·         Drafting of marketing collaterals for company owned units. ·         Giving inputs and sharing of ideas with partnered schools on various marketing collaterals, handouts and marketing means (both ATL and BTL). ·         Final proofreading and approvals of the collaterals as per the brand guidelines laid down. ·         Media Planning and buying as per approved budgets ·         Vendor management, (if required). ·         Planning of brand building and lead generation activity. ·         Working with the marketing head in planning various marketing activities across various geographies. ·         Working with the marketing head in carrying out events and exhibitions for brand promotion. ·         Working with the marketing head in budget and target forecasting based on the ground intel for all units. ·         To keep a track of the marketing plans and ensure timely escalation in case of any challenges / issues surface. ·         To keep track of the competitor’s activities and consult with the broader marketing team in designing and implementing counter strategies. ·         To ensure that the targets are being achieved at all partner schools. ·         To provide timely visit and device effective support mechanisms for maintaining client satisfaction and providing quality solutions. ·         To ensure proper induction and training of various resources and counselors / PRO’s across schools for smooth orientation. ·         To plan-out effective marketing activities based on the client requirements or ever changing market needs.
