Work closely with founding team to define the product strategy and roadmap • Analyze user behavior and identify key pain points, objections of users • Come up with solutions to solve consumer pain points and translate them into product features. • Come up with product features that act as marketing tools for business growth • Work with business stakeholders to define new feature scope documents. • Work with UI/UX designers to deliver product specification documents that can be shared with the        technology team • Prioritize new feature development and corresponding justification through an ongoing framework • Prior experience in development/product management on the Facebook platform is a plus. • Identify tools and services that can be deployed quickly to cut down development cycles or    ongoing reliance on the technology team • Develop sales tools and collateral • Thorough in data analysis feature modeling based on data. • Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples • Be an expert with respect to the competition • Act as a leader within the company
