Role Responsibilities-What you need to do

  • ·       Candidates with minimum one years of experience in Desktop Support L1 / L2 with installation, configuration, troubleshooting of Outlook Express, windows OS , Software Installation, upgrade, hardware support etc., ·         Should have knowledge regarding hardware and network troubleshooting ·         Must have sound troubleshooting knowledge of MS Operating systems 07/08/10 and Linux (basic) ·         Should have knowledge of DHCP, DNS, AD, FTP, TCP/IP ·         Installing Windows, Disk format/partition, Outlook troubleshooting, updating drivers and Antivirus, Printer and server issues. etc
    2. Computer assembling and maintenance troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
    3. Looking for Immediate joiner
    ·         Knowledge of computer hardware, operating system (windows) Router configure etc. ·         Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking ·         Walk customers through installing applications and computer peripherals ·         Ask targeted questions to diagnose problems Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions ·         Conduct remote troubleshooting ·         Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue ·         Customize desktop applications to meet user needs
